O wydarzeniu
“We don’t have time to train people.”
What does that decision cost an organization, and what does it tell people about the values their leaders actually practice?
Join the Ethics & Leadership Association for a conversation about how the way organizations treat and develop people shapes trust, business performance, and brand credibility.
The panel will explore how everyday leadership decisions can leave people without the support, information, or authority they need to contribute. We will examine the human consequences of neglect and how they can become organizational costs through lost capability, avoidable departures, and ideas that never reach the people who could act on them.
Drawing on ELA’s principles of congruence, courageous responsibility, and shared stewardship, the discussion will connect individual leadership behavior with the systems and incentives that shape it. The focus is on practical responsibility: developing people, removing barriers, and aligning decisions with stated values.
