Recommended Learning Partners
Expand the Impact of Your Leadership Training
The Ethics & Leadership Association (ELA) collaborates with universities, leadership institutes, and training organizations around the world to advance ethical leadership education and certification.
Through our Recommended Learning Partner (RLP) Program, we recognize trusted education providers whose programs align with ELA certification standards.
Our approach is simple:
We certify. You teach. Together we expand ethical leadership worldwide.
Why Become a Recommended Learning Partner?
The RLP program is designed to support training providers, not control them.
Unlike traditional training partnerships, we believe educators should remain independent while benefiting from alignment with a respected certification ecosystem.
As a Recommended Learning Partner, you receive:
-
Recognition as a trusted education provider aligned with ELA standards
-
Listing on the ELA website and partner directory
-
Access to the Exam Content Outlines (ECOs) used for certification
-
Co-promotion opportunities with the Association
-
10% revenue share from successful certification exams taken by your learners
Most importantly, you become part of a global network of organizations committed to ethical leadership.
A Partnership Built on Independence
The Ethics & Leadership Association is not a training provider.
We do not impose curricula, teaching methods, or trainers.
Instead, we focus on standards and certification, while our partners focus on education and learning experiences.
Recommended Learning Partners maintain full control over:
-
Course design
-
Teaching methodology
-
Training materials
-
Instructor selection
-
Learning formats
Programs may be delivered in-person, online, on-demand, or through blended learning models.
No Fees. No Bureaucracy.
The RLP program removes the barriers often associated with training partnerships.
There are:
-
No induction fees
-
No annual partnership fees
-
No licensing costs
Instead, partners benefit from a performance-based revenue model.
When learners from your programs pass an ELA certification exam, your organization receives a 10% share of the certification exam revenue.
