Olivier Lazar is one of the founders of the Ethics & Leadership Association and an internationally recognized leadership strategist, author, and executive educator. With more than 20 years of experience across sectors and regions, he works at the intersection of ethics, leadership, governance, and organizational transformation. 

Aga Gasperini is a founder, Chief Learning Officer and Secretary of the Board of the Ethics & Leadership Association, where she helps lead partnerships and educational development. A strategic Agile coach, change leader, and executive consultant with more than 25 years of international experience, she brings deep expertise in leadership development, organizational agility, and culture change, helping shape learning experiences that connect ethics, leadership, and real-world transformation.

Mike Chevraux is a founder of the Ethics & Leadership Association and serves as Chief Revenue Officer & Growth Officer and Board Treasurer. He brings strong expertise in growth strategy, business development, and organizational scaling, helping advance ELA’s reach, sustainability, and long-term impact. His work supports the association’s mission by connecting strategic growth with credibility, value creation, and responsible leadership.

Mohamed Khalifa is Chief Knowledge Officer of the Ethics & Leadership Association, where he leads the development of ELA’s core knowledge base, standards, and thought leadership. With more than 20 years of experience in project, program, portfolio, and strategic management, he brings a rigorous and practice-based perspective to advancing ethical leadership as a discipline grounded in clarity, structure, and real-world relevance.
