Our Recommanded Learning Partners
Expand the Reach of Ethical Leadership Education
The Ethics & Leadership Association (ELA) collaborates with training organizations, leadership institutes, consultants, and academic institutions to expand access to ethical leadership education and certification pathways.
Our Learning Partner ecosystem is designed to support independent educators and institutions while maintaining alignment with ELA standards.
Our Approach
ELA is not a training provider.
We do not compete with educators. We support them through standards alignment, recognition, certification pathways, and structured engagement models that respect their independence.
Two Ways to Engage
- Recommended Learning Partners (RLPs)
Recommended Learning Partners are independent education providers whose programs align with ELA certification standards and Exam Content Outlines.
RLPs design and deliver their own training using their own content, methods, and delivery formats. ELA provides alignment guidance, recognition, and access to certification-related resources.
RLPs may benefit from:
-
Recognition as an ELA Recommended Learning Partner
-
Listing on the ELA website
-
Access to applicable Exam Content Outlines (ECOs)
-
Co-promotion and visibility opportunities
-
Certification referral or bulk voucher options, depending on the partnership model
-
Flexibility to teach in-person, live virtual, blended, or on-demand
- Academic Institution Options
Academic institutions may engage with ELA in one of two ways:
Academic Content License
For institutions that want the right to integrate approved ELA content into academic courses or programs.
Academic RLP
For institutions that want stronger alignment with ELA certification standards and visibility within the ELA ecosystem.
Academic RLPs receive access to the ELA Practice Guide and relevant Exam Content Outlines and may quote or cite them appropriately. However, RLP status alone does not grant a license to use ELA course content in a curriculum.
This distinction is important. Academic content use requires an appropriate content license.
