Corporate Membership

Build Ethical Leadership Capability Across Your Organization

Ethical leadership is not developed through a single course, policy, or statement of intent. It is built through continuous learning, practical application, shared reflection, and engagement with a professional community committed to responsible leadership.

ELA Corporate Membership helps organizations strengthen ethical leadership capability by providing bundled employee memberships, access to educational resources, preferred member pricing on eligible ELA courses and certifications, practical leadership tools, and opportunities to engage with a global community of ethical leadership professionals.

Corporate Membership is designed for organizations that want to support their people, reinforce ethical decision-making, and make ethical leadership a visible part of their leadership development, governance, culture, and professional growth efforts.

Organizations increasingly recognize that ethical leadership is not only an individual competency. It is an organizational capability.

Through Corporate Membership, your organization can:

  • Develop a shared ethical leadership language across teams and functions.

  • Provide employees with access to ELA’s professional community and member resources.

  • Support individual certification pathways while preserving the independence and integrity of ELA credentials.

  • Create opportunities for leadership reflection, peer learning, and practical application.

  • Engage with other organizations committed to advancing ethical leadership.

  • Demonstrate a visible commitment to ethical leadership development.

A Professional Association, Not an Organizational Certification

ELA Corporate Membership recognizes an organization’s participation in the Ethics & Leadership Association and its commitment to supporting ethical leadership development.

Corporate Membership does not constitute organizational certification, endorsement, accreditation, audit, verification, or validation of an organization’s ethics, culture, governance, or business practices.

ELA certifications remain individual credentials. Corporate Membership may support employee learning and certification pathways, but all certification requirements, assessment standards, and credentialing decisions remain the same for every individual.

Responsible Recognition

Corporate Members may describe themselves as:

  • A Corporate Member of the Ethics & Leadership Association

  • An ELA Organizational Member

  • A participating organization in the ELA Corporate Membership program

  • A member organization supporting ethical leadership development

  • Corporate Members may not represent themselves as ELA-certified, ELA-approved, audited by ELA, or verified as an ethical organization.
